RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Effective Date: June 2026

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return under the following strict conditions:

* Product Condition: Due to strict hygiene and personal care safety standards, the EMS Eye Massager must be completely unused, brand new, with all original protective packaging intact, and showing zero signs of cosmetic contact. We reject returns of any devices that have been unpacked or tested on the skin.
* Return Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to our administrative center in Europe. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Process: You must contact ocupulse@gmail.com prior to shipping any item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages sent without prior approval or without a verifiable international tracking number will not be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection clearance.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment chain, once an order enters the processing phase (within 12 hours of purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel your purchase after this window, you must wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.
